The "Koa" Cabin is set up for simple, off grid living for one or two people.
Why stay in a tent and sleep on pallets (!?) when for the same price you can have a real bed and a roof over your head?
Has a flush toilet, kitchen sink, electric lights, dining table with 2 chairs, and a twin size futon bed.
The upstairs sleeping / living area is spacious, has a great view and is cooled by the tradewinds.
The kitchen has a propane burner and all the pots & pans, dishes, utensils, etc. to cook and eat with.
You use an ice chest to keep your food cool.
We are solar powered (12 volt), but there is a 110 volt inverter for small things like cell phone and laptop chargers.
It is only a short distance to the community hot shower.
There are only a few other tenants on this 3 acre farm, located in Kapoho, close to the Red Road.
One week minimum stay required - $175 to move in - $650 a month after that.
We accept PayPal, Cash, or Money Orders for the $25 deposit required to hold it.
