About Me I work from home and my dog has never met another pup he doesn't like. Your furry family member(s) will have the run of my large apartment with my dog Elf. You can count on beautiful walks through the Lower Garden District and Coliseum Square when weather permits. City Bark member? No problem! We are, too, so I'm happy to take up to two dogs at a time to the park. We even visit Wisner Dog Run from time to time.
Food aggressive? They can be fed separately. Possessive of toys? We can put them away. Need medication? No problem. Just let me know your pup's needs and nuances and we'll work something out.
Elf and I love the company of other dogs. He is ecstatic to have other dogs to play with at the house and loves nothing more than to share his toys and home for a play date.
About this sitter:
I'm 31 years old and currently live in the Lower Garden District. I work from home for the most part, although I do moonlight as a bartender on Friday nights. I enjoy all the wonderful things this city has to offer, especially the dog-friendly activities! I am also involved with youth sports at Burke Park and Lyons Center in the Irish Channel.
I adopted my dog Elf in December 2012. It's a real "who rescued who?" situation - I was going through a tough time and he was just a 3 month old hot dog who was terrified of people. We are both better for our relationship and I would not trade him for the world!
I chose to get involved with Rover because I was already having friends' dogs over for play dates during their work days and doing a lot of dog sitting. Elf LOVES playing with other dogs, of all shapes and sizes, so I feel confident that other dogs will feel comfortable in our home.

About My Services My rate is $30 per night
I prefer to sit the following sizes of dogs: Small (1-15 lbs) Medium (15-40 lbs) Large (40-100 lbs) I don't have Giant dogs listed because I do not have a fenced in backyard for him or her to really stretch out those giant legs.
