There are only a few other tenants on this 3 acre farm, located on Papaya Farms Road in Kapoho.
Close to the Tide Pools (Snorkeling), Hot Ponds, Pohoiki (Surfing) the Black Sand Beach and Lava viewing.
Comes with with all the modern amenities you'd expect:
* Propane fridge
* Flush toilet
* Hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as a hot shower.
* Solar powered (12 volt) lights with an an inverter for small things like cell phone and laptop chargers
* Queen size bed
* Small loft area for another sleeping space or storage.
* Fully equipped kitchen with new stove (with oven) and all the pots & pans, dishes, utensils, etc. to cook and eat with.

One week minimum stay required - $245 to move in. $880 a month after that.
We do not charge a "Cleaning Fee" like most others do!
