You will have all the perks of living in a house with a great yard but not have to worry about taking on the responsibility of a huge rent payment. We have a room for rent in a few weeks. Empty bedroom but we have some things you can use if you'd like. Non-smoker/non-vaping only, we're very allergic and the property/grounds is non-smoking. Please have a daytime job/college and normal rental history (no evictions). Single occupancy only in each bedroom here, with platonic housemates and shared common areas. Plenty of privacy and quiet, great place to study or relax.
