We have 1 room ready now in a great room share home here is what we have to offer nice room in large home we have several baths but the largest is shared because we have a Jacuzzi in it. We do have dogs so you need to be pet friendly we ask that you are a non smoker we live in a very quiet area we do include utilities in the rent gas water and electric since we have dogs we ask no more pets please you must pass a background check and we need references our home is friendly and clean you can use the kitchen too if you want plan on being a happy family for upcoming Holiday Season we live in a dead end street area so off street parking in the circle safe area of Omaha close to all necessities here is what we need from you first and last months rent upon lease signing will work on deposit at a later time rent is 625.00 sorry we do include internet too in this price we need the 1,250.00 when lease is signed you have a nice room has a nice view sorry we are not including pictures at this time due to circumstances beyond our control we have a nice porch patio and a grill we adore the Holidays very much have family gatherings you are invited if you so wish. The house really shows starting the 2nd week of November it shines for the season we can enjoy a nice cozy fireplace starting to get chilly now this is all we ask and we will all do fine and no pets it would not be fair to ours.
