650 Rent A Room everything included T (owings mills)

My name is Jay and i have a room for rent in owings mills with no lease which means it is month to month. i have a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom rancher. i rent out by the room all of the rooms are rented except one. the rent is 650.00 a month which would include everything. theres cable tv, wireless internet, and a house phone. EVERYTHING is included in the 650.00 except your food and normal things bathroom stuff and stuff like that
the house is in a pretty safe part of owings mills, md and we have never had any problems. we are right off of reisterstown rd and also very close to everything you would ever need such as a bus line, the metro, subway shoping, food, owings mills mall, everything...
we dont like to smoke in the house so if you smoke then you have to do so out side please. i am renting this room to 1 person, not 2 or 3 people you should be drug free because you can not do any drugs here and will be asked to leave if you do. you are welcome to use the whole house for whatever you might need as if it were your own as long as you take care of it as it were your own also. just clean up after yourself theres a laundry room living room and kitchen you are more then welcome to share. if you would like to know anything else please email me here or text/call me anytime on my cell phone at and we can talk and go over anything you might want to know. month to month only
