We can split the bill for gas, electric, heat, renter's insurance (about $15/mo), and Internet (currently do not own a TV). No extra storage. There is a very small washing machine in the kitchen that I bought a year ago and no current dryer. Parking is free and off-street. Smoke and drug-free apartment. The baby room will be cleaned up and I'll have to move out the furniture before the move-in date. Apartment needs to be filled within a month (around January 8th).
