A 2 doctor family in Birdsboro seeks to hire a full-time nanny to care for 4 children ages 5, 3 and 1. 5-year-old twins! 5-year-old goes to school full-time, 3-year-old goes to school in the mornings. Family lives on a farm with 2 dogs, 3 cats, chickens, horses, a donkey and a rabbit. Job starts by the beginning of January 2018.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-6:00 p.m.
- Flexibility to stay as late as 7:30 p.m. at least one time per week
Duties Include:
- Engaging the children in age appropriate activities
- Driving the children (family has a car for the Nanny to use for job duties)
- Tidy the common and children areas
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Children s laundry
- Children's meals
- Help with dinner pre-prep
- Grocery shopping
- Running errands
- Pet care (walking, feeding and letting the dogs out)
Who You Are:
- Embraces an environment with animals
- Enjoys care for children who are being raised in that setting
- Spends a lot of time outside with the kids
Compensation:
- $16 to $20 per hour gross,( BEFORE TAXES), depending on background and experience
- 3 weeks paid vacation (coordinated with family s plans)
- Major holidays paid.
Requirements:
- Must be able to commit at least one year to the job
- Must be able to provide proof of legal work status in the US
- Must be willing to get First Aid and CPR trained within 6 weeks of employment, if not already.

Caring for 4+ children at a time
High school degree
First Aid Training, CPR Training
