I lived in my apartment for 2 years, now ready to move out end of jan 2018, so it is available for short term and long term lease. I am in lease contract till end of June 2018 but you can extend it as much as you want.
Rent price is for 2 years ago so is at least 200$ less than new contract in same home
It is really a nice community with good gym, pool and spa.
