4. If you decide to book, you will receive written confirmation of the reservation from the hotel in your name and can verify this information on your own.

A new rave review on the top hotel review site says: "We spent just over a week at this hotel. The location is stunning with fantastic views of the best part of The Caribbean in Cancun. The hotel makes the best of this with frames of the sea at both ends of the main walkway. We stayed in the adults only Turquoise Tower. The service on this tower and throughout the property is spectacular, better than at any property we have stayed at. You ask where something is, they don't just tell you they escort you there. The rooms in the tower were superb. As an all-inclusive resort the amenities are amazing. You never lack for a chair by the many pools or the beaches. The hotel never sleeps with activities on offer all the way through the."
