Our home is an updated 1940s era cottage in the historic and trendy Lockeland Springs neighborhood of East Nashville. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 1-bathroom, is approximately 1000 sq. ft., & comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. For sleeping options, we have a queen size pillow top mattress in the master bedroom, a full size comfy mattress in the spare bedroom, a couch that converts into a day bed on the sun porch, and a couch in the living room.

Notable features of our home include: open & bright floor plan, 42" plasma TV w/ Roku player, WIFI Internet access throughout the house, lush privacy fenced back yard (deck w/ outdoor seating, covered swing, etc.), guitar, board games, video games & more. All cooking utensils are provided for use with full size stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as all linens, toiletries, etc.

Our home sits on a quiet street that's a block from a popular neighborhood bakery and breakfast spot you should definitely try if you enjoy pastries and meeting friendly locals and is only a few blocks' walk to award-winning local restaurants and bars on Eastland Avenue (including Eastland Cafe, Jenni's Ice Cream, Silly Goose, Rosepepper Cantina, etc.) and James Beard-nominated restaurant Lockeland Table on Woodland Avenue. We are also a short walk to Five Points, where you'll find restaurants, bars, music venues, shopping, and more. Great food, music, and activities are everywhere in this neighborhood!

Our home is 2.5 miles away from Nissan Stadium, where the Tennessee Titans play, and 3.3 miles from Bridgestone Arena where the Nashville Predators play. Additionally, we're only 3 miles to downtown/Broadway area honkytonks. We are an 8-mile/15-minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland and within walking distance of the Shelby golf course and beautiful Shelby Park.

Everything in Nashville is easily accessible via car, or we're a few blocks' walk to a city bus stop and happy to provide public transit information to help you out. Bike rental is always an option nearby at Five Points or Shelby Park, and Lyft car service is another great way to get around the city without using cabs!

**Rates do vary for special events and holidays (CMA FanFest, 4th of July, NYE, etc.), so please inquire about both dates and pricing**

We've been short-term rental hosts for yeras and use a short-term rental agreement so that all parties feel comfortable and only accept payment via Paypal or through the short term vacation rental sites we are listed with. Please email with any questions and to check availability for the dates you're interested in, as we do tend to get a lot of inquiries and book up far in advance for events.!
