The house is an A-frame structure with very high ceilings and skylights making it bright and airy.
The house is located less than a mile away from the bohemian town of Paia and is in the middle of all North Shore beaches.
The closest beach access, at Tavares, and Kuau point, both just 3 blocks away.
The second floor bedroom has a queen size bed with French doors that open up to the private lanai. The main floor has a living area with a full size futon/couch, a full kitchen and a large marble bathroom with a jetted tub and shower combination.
You can see the ocean from the bedroom and lanai, but we do not call it a full ocean view.
There is a patio just outside the house, with an outdoor grill, outdoor shower to remove the sand from your day at the beach and your own private parking area.
If you have a larger group, we have the Green Turtle One bedroom or two bedroom house on the same property.
The neighborhood is quiet, and safe, with friendly neighbors that are concerned with the environment and living healthy.
