My roommate found another job in a different state so I will be needing a roommate. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, wood burning stove. You'll have to furnish your own bedroom stuff and you can have the master bedroom which has a ceiling fan and the half bathroom in it. You would be paying half the rent, half the cable and share food, so you'll 've paying approx 380 every month. I'll pay the oppd bill and half rent and half cable. Smoking ok but must be outside. No pets allowed or drugs. Drinking is fine as long as you're not a fall down drunk, and no loud parties. Will require 1/2 months deposit. Will also gave to meet in person before seeing the apt. Let me know abt yourself. I'm a 47 y/O single male who works 60 hours a week. I do drink, so like I said, drinking is fine.
