Detz about the apartment:
• 4 bedrooms spread out over three floors
• Large Living room
• Large Dining Room
• Large Kitchen with dishwasher
• Large attic for storage
• Washer and Dryer in the basement (included in rent, no coin-op!)
• Rent is $385 per month; includes wifi!
• Utilizes are never more than $100 per month during the coldest month
• Ton of room for activities!
• Parking is on-street, but we have access to off-street parking during snow bans.
Detz about us:
• Roommate #1 - 27-year-old female who works as a nurse, mostly overnights, has a friendly long-haired cat, and has lived here for 5 years.
• Roommate #2 - 25-year-old female senior studying graphic design who currently works in the service industry.
• Roommate #3 - 32-year-old female who works in the arts community.
We'd prefer a female roommate and would prefer someone between the ages of 25 and 35 years old (give or take a year or two). We do have a cat. We are sure your pet is amazing, however, we cannot have any other animals besides our current cat per our landlord (but fishes are totally okay!).
The room is available ASAP! We just need it filled by January 1st. However, we may have some flexibility for a later start date.There is a required security deposit of $385 to move in and you will be required to sign a lease that ends in September with an option to renew.
