We just moved to a new house in September & our roomie is moving on after getting a dream job offer in Utah.
The room is the tiny one in the house, at just about 10x10, and its got a slightly slanted ceiling, so likely best for folks under 6'0!
The House is huge, with a giant fenced backyard, front porch, back porch, amazing 200 year old sycamore, central air, fiber gigabit-internet, amazing windowed kitchen nook, along with two big living room/dining rooms on the first floor, and a giant 2nd living room area in the basement.
