Looking to rent out a room in my house. My current roommate is moving out on Dec 28th. So Jan 1st Move-In Date. I'm the only person who will be sharing the space with you. I do have a doggie. A Border Collie named Quinn. I do own this duplex so my tennants live on the other side of the duplex. They are quiet and nice. The side of the duplex I live on is is a 3 bdr/1 bath with a partially finished basement (big screen tv in downstairs living room). The room for rent has a nice view of the back hill from the window and is 12' x 12' approx. in size. Plenty of room for storage in the house and in the garage. I'm a 40 year old male who owns the property. Ideal situation would be laid back male or female roommate who is 420 friendly.
I'm very respectful, open minded, and easy going. Not looking for someone who wants to have parties. Visitors are okay of course. The place is fully furnished except for bedroom for rent. One living room upstairs and one downstairs if we both have company. Washer/Dryer in basement too :). We will be sharing the bathroom but I'm very clean and always keep the bathroom the same. I have had female roommates in the past and sharing the bathroom has never been an issue. No smoking cigarettes in the house. The only bill I'm looking to split is Cox bill for cable and internet ($90 each).
