Built a new bedroom for a good roommate. You must be drug-free (no 420), not an alcoholic and comfortable with a criminal background check.
Room is big. Approximately 16x10 feet.
Baseboard, crown molding, new door, fresh paint, steam-cleaned carpet, R-13 insulated walls for sound and heat, closet, ceiling fan and mini-fridge.
You get a private freshly-painted bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. New faucet, new drain, new light fixtures.
There is a washer and dryer for laundry. Parking space in a large, insulated garage for two vehicles. One is mine. One is yours.
You will have access to the kitchen of course.
Please pay 1/3 for electric (roughly $40) and 1/3 for fast wifi/cable($33). Rent is negotiable. You will have a semi/private living room downstairs. There is an office downstairs that I use for work. Otherwise the first floor is yours. The kitchen is upstairs.
Location? 300 yards from the lake. Across from Lake Manawa country-club. It's beautiful during most seasons. You will be able to see sailboats from the window.
House is really nice and a good size. I will be making improvements to it as well. I will have to meet you before I rent it to you.
