There are rats living in the house, live exposed wiring, broken Windows, the deck has missing deck boards, 1 working smoke detector when she needs 5, and the kitchen is only partially working no oven the dishwasher has been removed and the wiring is exposed. She doesn't care about getting the house in working order. She says that it's a work in progress but very little has gotten done in the last 5 months. This house is a safety hazard and no one should be living.
