QR Code Link to This Post Ellis is really cute and playful little "mini" Shepherd mix. We don't really know what he's mixed with but it's some type of Asian breed, most likely Shiba Inu or Jindo and maybe Shepherd, he is about 4 years old and 43lbs. He has the independent and sometimes dominant traits of those type of breeds. He is great with other dogs and would love a home with another dog, thought not required of course. He would probably do better with older kids only. He was previously mistreated and takes a few days to warm up. He knows sit and stay, is housetrained, very social and a total love with his owner. Ellis was found as a skinny stray originally and he is now healthy and strong and ready for his forever home. His only flaw is that he guards his food sometimes so his new owner will need to understand that, he usually likes to pick on person he likes the most but is otherwise very low maintenance and quiet, he is also used to being alone while you are at work. He is happy to share toys and absolutely beautiful in person and a very good boy. He didn't pass his cat test so he can't go to a home with cats, he was way too interested.
