You would have a $150 app fee (we could possibly talk to them about waiving the fee) but you shouldn't have any other fee added besides your prorated rent for the month. Honestly just need someone to move in before the 1st of January. The apartment is furnished as well as the room you'd be living in. Consists of a dresser, bed/mattress, bed side table, desk w/ chair. You would be sharing the town home with 3 other people, whom all have their own room and bathroom as well. There is a half bathroom downstairs for guests right off of the living room. The apartment complex is called Aspen Heights. Super easy going and chill roommates. One roommate has a sweet cat named.
