Requirements are that you clean up in the kitchen after preparing your meals, your own bathroom, & bedroom as there is NO cleaning service, maid service, as I work & also run a small business so I do NOT have time to clean up after you here nor does your mother live here to clean up after you. There is a vacuum cleaner here as well as cleaning supplies. Also you will need 3 references from previous landlords prior to moving in plus the application completely filled out. There is a freezer in the garage available for extra food to be kept plus a pantry in the kitchen as well as a refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full tub & shower in separate bathroom. Rent is $638.00/month, a deposit of $200.00 is required plus first & last months rent. Renter will be paying half of the utilities. This is a NON-SMOKING home, NO DRUGS, social drinking only.
