I have a room available for rent in a clean two bedroom two bathroom condo in Lake Stevens.
The room is located upstairs and you will have your own private bathroom, basically upstairs is yours!
Access to the main house of course. The main floor has the master bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. Washer and Dyer is available. Rent includes PUD, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Cable (in living room only) Internet.
Condo has a Spa/hot tub, exercise room and plenty of parking. Very safe area in my opinion.
Please no drugs, no alcoholics , 420 ok in the house, smoking outside only. Pets upon my approval,no more than 1.
I have two cats, must get along with them

About me- 51 years young, keep to myself and would like a drame free roommate, because I'm drama free.
