I am looking for either young professionals or adult mature students. House is close to USM gorham/ UNE/ St. Joes. I'm a 28 year old dental hygienist.
The bedrooms are nice size with built ins and 1 has a small walk in closet, each will fit a queen and any furniture. I did have to get a split box spring for my queen to get it up the stairway. I'm asking $725/ month for rent which includes access to the entire house and all it's features, off street parking, plowing, trash and any maintenance, internet, local cable, Netflix, washer and dryer, extra storage downstairs, workout room, heat/ hot water/ electric etc., extra storage freezer, outdoor fire pit... and more!
