QR Code Link to This Post A room is coming available for rent in our beautiful four-bedroom craftsman house in the SE Foster Powell neighborhood. It has an attached bathroom. The room is for single people who do not have children or pets. We have one dog that lives in an outside space and are looking for someone who is ok with animals.

The move in date is after January 1st, possibly before (can be negotiated). We are looking for GLBTQ friendly folks. If you know any ASL or can finger spell, even better, but sign language skills are not a requirement. One person living in the house is Deaf.

*Nonsmokers only, little or no alcohol/substance use
*Long history of paying rent on time
*2-3 References required. Background check and credit check required. (Management will pay fees after interview with potential roommate.)

Monthly rent is $725 for each room which includes utilities (water, high speed internet, gas, electric, and garbage). Preference will be given to tenants with intent to stay a year or longer.

Current composition includes cis male and cis female folks. Some on the queer spectrum, some not. We are progressive, creative types and are hoping to find somebody who recycles, is skilled at communicating their needs, and is considerate of others. Serious students welcome. We do not have televisions in shared spaces, but use the shared spaces for other creative endeavors.

Close to Fred Meyer, Century 16 Theater and the Eastport Plaza. Nearby bus lines are #17, #72, and #14.
