• Total private basement space is about 400 sq. ft. and about 700+ sq. ft. shared space.

A bit about us - since there is shared space, this is a semi-roommate situation. We're Graduate level educated professionals in our mid-late 30's with one herding dog (well-groomed and bathed - it doesn't smell like dog). We're mostly introverted and keep a clean and mostly quiet home. We would consider a small dog (45lbs or less), but ours is a bit picky - would need to meet.
Our ideal roommate will be in the same general age range - a Xennial - and an educated professional.
There is an artificial fragrance allergy, so no products containing any artificial fragrance allowed - including shampoo, conditioner, air fresheners, etc. Because of this, we supply all cleaners, laundry soaps, softeners, dish soaps, and hand soaps. Natural fragrances are fine - food, essential oils, etc. (If it say's "fragrance" or "perfume" in the ingredients list, that's an artificial fragrance).
I get that we're looking for a needle in a haystack, but we've been renting parts of our home out for years and find it's a much better idea to find the right person than just anybody.
