My name is Chris and I am looking for a room to rent in Capital Hill, First Hill, Central Dist, Lower Queen Anne or Belltown. I want to be centralized to the city and with chill roomies. Looking to spend $900 or less per month.
I used to have my own luxury apartments in West Seattle and Central District, but I have taken the last year to simplify my life and most of my stuff is in storage, but if we were to lease a place together and need my furniture (its super nice) id be down to drag it all out and put in our place.
I'm a chill guy, low to no drama, calm personality, easy going, open minded and the most easy person to get along with. Im 37 years old, single and not a druggy.
I used to smoke pot, but dont really anymore. I am 420 friendly though (just do so in your room or outside please). I am a light drinker when the occasion is right, but not really at home. I dont mind if you do.
I snowboard, hike, backpack, kayak, white water raft and love to roam the city...i love being outdoors.
I tend to be clean and organized, and dont mind splitting chores and the such.
