Cats and dogs may be considered. To be considered, you must disclose pets you intend to occupy the premises at time of inquiry. Dogs that bark at all for sure will not work. Pets may require additional deposit.

We try to make this as humane as possible! Following this inquiry/application process is your first demonstration of a good fit.

1. Please be sure to read the listing and these details that follow.

2. Reply to this listing to:
- Ask any questions
- Arrange a showing (if there isn't an open house set), and
- Tell us about what you are looking for, who is to live in the unit, and why renting to you would be a good idea. This is the time to disclose any pets.

3. You can drive by to take a look, but do not enter the property or disturb tenant(s). It is the unit at the end of the driveway.

4. Before or after seeing the place, complete the short, free online application using the link below. THERE ARE NO PAPER APPLICATIONS. The sooner it's done the less likelihood of someone else being selected first.

5. If you are selected to rent the place, to be approved you'll be given a short window in which to run your own credit and background checks at Cozy (same place where you apply--see link above) for each paying-adult who is to occupy the premises. They charge about $40, which covers both checks. (The nice thing about running your own checks is that you can re-use them with anyone else using Cozy, or that you can get to look there.) There is no application fee and we don't get anything from the credit and background check fees. You can run the credit and background checks before being selected if you want, which can speed things up.

6. If your credit and background checks are clear, we'll meet soon thereafter for signing. First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit equal to one month's rent are due at this time. Unfortunately, last month's rent has become necessary since some people fail to pay last month's rent and say the security deposit will cover it. Of course, that's not what the security deposit is for. We know this can be a hardship, but it sure is nice to have that credit when the time comes to move out.
