I continuously study to try to make sessions beyond words.
I was a power type athlete, for years. Intense & highly in-depth training
w/ tons of sacrifice, injuries and rehabilitation.
For therapy, I've used meditation, massage, physical therapy, and other things
that kept me balanced. I learned that being physically & mentally balanced is th beauty of it all.
