[Â ]I will provide most or all of my own hand & power tools. Just let me know what we are doing and what I should bring.
[Â ]Jack of all trades except for major plumbing, electrical, or hvac systems.
[Â ]Ability to stay busy at all times. Capable of working with or without supervision. Available to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays. Works well with others. Will do anything needed onsite including cleanup.
[Â ]Ability to run or use tools, rented equipment, & capable of operating some heavy equipment such as skid steer, scissor lift, excavator, ditch witch, fork lift, & equipment needed for landscaping.
[Â ]Skilled in Residential and Commercial Construction from start to punch out.
[Â ]Construction Management skills including reading & understanding of blueprints, keeping project on or ahead of schedule, scheduling subcontractors, inspections etc. Self motivated with excellent ability to solve problems, provide documentation, & communicate clearly with others.

I'm new to the area and looking to start work ASAP. My family moved here 2 weeks ago on a whim, hoping I could find work. We fell on hard times after the company we both worked for went out of business and closed unexpectedly. Unfortunately we have lost our vehicle due to this loss. We have no children, so I am always available. I am currently living on the bus route and am willing to ride it or walk to get to the job. I will also be willing to pitch in for gas if rides are available. Transportation will come first once hired so won't be a permanent issue . I am desperate for someone to give me a chance to get my family back on their feet. We are currently in a terrible situation with Saturday being our last day in our weekly hotel agreement. If I am unable to find work this week, my fears are we will have to leave and not sure where we will go without any income. I give my word that you won't regret giving me a chance.
