The wide blade really opens up the log ( see last image ), you frequently don't need to run the ram very far and that speeds up the job.
Specifics are:
26" ram.
52 ton drive.
16 horsepower engine, electric start.
Wide trailer axle & heavy frame make for a most stable setup.
Low splitting beam, only 17" top side above the ground.
Simple single lever operation.
2" trailer ball required.
Full tank of gas going out / returned.
Will deliver for $1 per loaded mile. This covers gas and my time.
The rental agreement for $75 /. I will require proof of local address & personal photo I.D. plus $200 refundable damage deposit. No offense, I am just protecting my self here.
Renting is not my business, I just personally own this machine and see a market that needs filling.
