QR Code Link to This Post Fruitcake is a 10 month old Corgi mix with a tiny little Chi! She weighs 5lbs. Yup. That's it. She's a tiny girl. And she's full grown. She loves to be held and cuddled but she also likes to shriek when she doesn't know you and you go to pick her up. It will subside with strangers as soon as she is settled into her permanent home. She gets a little scared at times so she needs a little catering.

Fruitcake gets along with other dogs. She lived previously with dogs and now is fostered with little dogs. She could join a dog in her new home or she could be someone's one and only. She easily could be a dog who travels with Mom or Dad on a plane as she's tiny. Fruitcake could live in an apartment or condo or the penthouse! She's not a nuisance barker.

Fruitcake is an option for cats. Heavens they're all bigger than her. She will require a home that has had a dog in the last 3 years and if there are kids they need to be over the age of 8.

**Not all of our dogs go to each adoption event. We want to make sure if you are interested in a dog that we have the dog at adoptions but that can only happen if you fill out an application ahead of time and are pre-approved. (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend)

**If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
