• Collaborate with divisions to understand local issues and develop creative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS




• Degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years experience in the manufacturing industry and/or machine design preferred.
• Experience with SolidWorks or 3D modeling software a required, and FEA analysis preferred.

We are looking for a Sr. Electrical Engineer/Controls Engineer to join our growing team! This individual must be able to work independently and have experience with PLC and SCADA.

Under minimal supervision, perform electrical design work and lead project design execution in a



manufacturing environment. Plan and conduct work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of standards, techniques, procedures, and criteria. Review specifications,
prepare requests for information, attend meetings, participate in design reviews, design electrical and control panels and systems, select instruments, prepare submittal packages, and release work to
purchasing and production. Provide technical support for projects in production, test, and field commissioning. Supervise the work of drafters and junior engineering staff. Work closely with project

- Prepare detailed instrumentation, electrical, and control design packages for submittal including:

o Three Line Drawings

-Conform panel submittal drawings and other work to project plans and specifications to verify
enclosure size limits, NEMA rating, UL508 and NEC standards, I/O layout and quantity, fusing, CB, I/O
and TB requirements, VFD issues, and communications.

-Design and select PLC and SCADA hardware and software systems, including networking and communications equipment.

-Understand the development and implementation of logic and control schemes for remote and local



operation of water and wastewater equipment.
-Produce quality work products, which meet or exceed -customer expectations, and conform to



company standards and procedures.
-Complete task assignments within established budgets and schedules provided by the project manager.
