Need data recovery from Macbook with NAND Flash Memory hide this posting unhide

I have a Macbook A1534 (12" Early 2015) with the NAND flash memory chip soldered on the main logic board. Logic board is dead, I want the data from flash chip recovered. I believe it's a Toshiba TH58TFT0DFKLAVF 128 GB MLC NAND Flash - I would be able to provide the logic board, you'd need to get the chip off the board and just read it. Not encrypted, and there is no physical damage to the computer. Battery was being changed and after battery change the computer just won't boot up... if you are capable of doing this please message.
