QR Code Link to This Post Adams Global Technology is looking for qualified applicants who would like to become Human Resources Managers and Team leads!! Those who are accepted into the program will need to have gone through the Admissions/Hiring Process and understand the entire process. If you have not completed the admissions/hiring process, you will need to complete this prior to applying.



This is a TRAINING PROGRAM therefore, you determine your earnings based on how fast you learn and how quickly you are able to transition applicants through the admissions/hiring stage to active status.

Applicants converted = Salary





This is a 3.5 month program. Once you have completed the program, you will then decide if you would like to be a Human Resources Manager or a Team Lead.





You are able to choose your own schedule but you will need to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours each day into this program in order to be successful.



Stage 1:


•Systems Review and Training
•Review HR Scripts

Duration: 1 Week


(Must have Skype Installed)





Stage 2:


•Contact 40-50 Applicants per week [Emailed at the beginning of each week] (May also refer applicants)
•Post Job Ads
•Follow up with Applicants via phone, email, and skype
•Minimum of 2-5 Applicants Processed through Admissions Per Week
•Document results in Google Database
•Must meet deadlines given
•Must process 30-35 applicants for program completion
