We have many families requesting our Elite Nannies! Philadelphia Nanny Network services all over Philadelphia and South Jersey, and we also have jobs available in Delaware! Become a member of our team in our Elite Nanny Program and apply to be a part-time Substitute Nanny.
As a Substitute Nanny, you are employed by Philadelphia Nanny Network and do all the things that nannies do, provide the best care for children in their homes. Think of a Substitute Teacher who goes into different classrooms, in different schools each day. As a Substitute Nanny you get assigned different homes, on different days.
It works by you first letting us know your availability, and then PNN would contact you (by phone, email or text message) with the job openings. You decide if you want to take the job! You have full control of your schedule, though there are no guarantees of work. To be considered for this position you must have 3 months available to commit to working Substitute Nanny jobs.
If you are seeking flexibility and control over your day to day schedule, can commit at least 3 months to the program, and love working with a variety of families and kids, then the Substitute Nanny position may be right for you!
The successful candidate will have at least 2 full weekdays available to work (Monday-Friday, can start as early as 7 or 8 a.m. or work as late as 6:30 or 7pm, be comfortable working with a variety of families, and have childcare experience outside of your own friends and family, such as daycare jobs, preschools, camps, babysitting, and other jobs in child care.
Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, some college a major plus, must be able to commit at least 3 months to the program, be willing to get First Aid and CPR trained within 6 weeks of employment, if not already, and must be able to provide proof of legal work status in the US if hired.
Compensation is $14 per hour, plus paid vacation time, paid major holidays and 3 paid sick/personal days. You can start immediately!
