2. He was not tried in those proceedings, as they are not a trial.
3. He accepted a plea agreement in order to not get charged,
not in the course of any trial.
Ergo the one fact I pointed out also remains:
You lied and predictably argued for a whole day about it, showing
that you knew, by virtue of your incremental rewording.
