Our dream candidate is a motivated multi-tasker that can look at houses, quickly evaluate the condition, and report back to the COO on a daily basis.
You must posses the ability to work on the fly, have basic camera skills, and want to be an extension of our rapidly growing company.
If you feel like you are an ideal candidate, understand that work does not end on Friday, and have a working cell phone, you may be an ideal fit.
You will be driving to the various properties we select, and for the right candidate we are willing to pay on a per property basis. Rehabbing experience is a plus, and contractors may apply.
