Cute 2 story, 3 bedroom home with a gated front and backyard in Parkrose Heights. (2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.) My nearest cross streets are 108th and NE Broadway.
The rent:
$700 per month for the larger room upstairs.
$650 per month for the bedroom downstairs.
Utilities included (includes Wi-Fi)
One month's rent deposit due at move in.
**A 30-day written notice and no damage to the home required for deposit to be fully refundable.
Shared downstairs bathroom.
A little about me:
I am employed full-time. I travel quite a bit for work.

Easy access to I-84 & 205
Bike and walking trails close by.
Walking distance to Fred Meyers, WinCo, Applebee's, Starbucks, Kohl's, Carl's Jr, McDonald's and many other stores and restaurants.
10 minutes to PDX Airport by car
IKEA is not far away.
15 minutes to PSU; Downtown by car / 25 minutes by bus
Gateway MAX Station is within walking distance

Smoking is fine, but only outside. No 420.
This living situation is not conducive to partying or random guests. Hooking up should probably be done elsewhere if it is a regular thing. No judgment, just a preference.
I already have most of the furniture for the place, so someone light on furniture would be great. Room upstairs has a queen size bed and dresser which can be used by you, or moved out to make room for your things.
Room downstairs is empty.
I am not looking for full time students or anyone that works from home.
If you think you're messy do us both a favor and keep looking. Last roommate was a mess. Hence the ad.
No pets.
