Case in point:
On June 5, 2012 according to the Philadelphia Tribune James E. Andrews retired from the US Dept of Labor Office of Worker Compensation Program(OWCP) after a stellar career.
What wasn't reported was how Andrews, Alice Hannah, Vernicia Waters and William Staarman of the Philadelphia OWCP illegally seized all benefits because a veteran reported destruction of documents and forgery.
The goal was to create circumstances that would result in the veteran's suicide so the fraud could be covered-up.
Andrews, Hannah, Waters and Staarman got away with the fraud but like all corrupt government personnel they failed to make the vet's suicide happen and received their pay raises and bonuses anyway.
