PACT for Animals is in desperate need of VOLUNTEERS who are able to offer temporary foster care for companion pets during a medical emergency or for a soldier going on military deployment. Can you imagine if you had to surrender your pet because you needed lifesaving treatment, traveling far from home? Many families have no choice but surrender to a shelter, when last minute they learn that their foster care has fallen through weeks or even days before leaving on deployment or relocating to a hospital for lifesaving treatment.
PACT for Animals is giving peace of mind to animal lovers who need their pets to be waiting patiently for their return, when they are able to return home. Peace of mind to these families includes monthly updates with photos, texts, emails and calls reinforcing their faith in the human/animal bond. PACT for Animals Volunteers take the burden of worry off the table by assuring families that their "kid(s)" are out of harm's way in a loving temporary long term foster care home. Once you become a VOLUNTEER at PACT you begin to understand the true definition of "unconditional love". Miracles do happen when animal lovers become a force for families in need of a safe haven for their "furry family member". You can feel the love!
PACT is a non profit 501 (c) (3), corporate headquarters located in Gladwyne, PA. Our mission is to provide peace of mind to families in need of a helping hand through our Civilian Army of Volunteers at PACT all over the United States in cities like yours who do not offer this service. Would you like to become one of our angels at PACT by offering peace of mind to families in need of safe havens for their pets? Visit our website: PACTforAnimals.org and PACT for Animals - YouTube to watch just a few of our reunions.

PACT needs your volunteerism in a variety of ways such as:

Families are not charged for foster services. Donations are needed to defray overhead costs.
Inspections before a foster family can be approved
Administrative tasks at PACT's office
Social Media postings
Drivers who can assist with pick-ups at an airport and driving that pet to a foster home
Fostering a pet for as little as two months up to two years. The average foster is 8 - 12 months.
Supporting Fundraising and Awareness events

You decide what works best for you as a VOLUNTEER in PACT's Army of Volunteers. There is never a dry eye when that pet(s), who has been patiently waiting for their family to return, is reunited. The emotional value of giving back to our soldiers and families with medical emergencies through the unconditional love of PACT's human/animal bond, is priceless!
