We just recently opened up and are a spa that offers massage and bodywork services; we are located in the New England Business Park Plaza, directly next to the Town Offices.
We are professional and licensed massage therapists, and we try our best to accommodate to your needs and offer a variety of therapeutic services, that includes, but is not limited to:
DEEP TISSUE
Deep tissue massage applies deep pressure onto specific trouble points
Best for: Treating painful trouble spots like the shoulder and neck
SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish massage uses a combination of these basic movements:
-Long, sweeping movements, usually used at the start and end of a massage
-Muscle kneading and rolling, where the muscles are worked on just like kneading dough
Best for: An intro to massage, stress relief, relaxation, releasing cramped or tense muscles, couples massage
