I am already well known for being fast and sometimes early. Many people have called me and I have showed up in less than an hour!
Honestly enough I just know the roads of clark county really well.
I will try to do my best to avoid confusion with some up front pricing. Pricing is by the truck load as listed below:
Junk/Trash/Garbage $100.00 to $250.00 The reason's the price can go over $100.00 is for construction materials like chunks of concrete or other heavy duty items that I may need to break down into smaller pieces to remove due to being too large to just haul as they are. There is an additional labor charge $25.00 to $50.00 if I am required to remove the items from behind the home,barn,shed etc inside the home in the basement or upstairs/attic apartments on 2nd or 3rd floors, etc.
I also remove unwanted or unneeded furniture or appliances $15.00-$35.00 per item depending on the location and condition of the items (condition determines on whether it gets donated to Goodwill, given to a family in need, or taken to the garbage dump)
My truck bed is 8 feet long, 6 feet wide and has sides 3 feet high. Trash/junk should be in front of house or in garage as it is the easiest way for me to be able to get my truck within 15 feet from the items you wish to be removed because I have a two wheel drive and I prefer not to go off pavement, or a stable driveway. I definitely do not want to get stuck in your yard and cause any unnecessary damage to it.
Because of the current scrap metal prices I am no longer offering free scrap metal and appliance removal. There is a $15-$40 charge for the pick-up and removal depending on location. NO TRASH, JUNK, CLOTHING, OR FOOD CAN BE INCLUDED IN THE APPLIANCES OR SCRAP METAL.
Items that contain refrigerants such as refrigerators, freezers and AC units, etc. have a separate charge of $25.00 per item.
Car and truck tires also carry a separate charge of $3-$15 per tire.
Televisions,tv's
$15.00 to $35.00
(depending on location of residence)
for any size and type of tv that is already outside in the driveway ready to loaded.
tvs still inside the house is an additional $15.00 to $40.00
Older big screen projection tvs that are inside a particle board housing is a flat fee of $60.00 for demolition. (I am not kidding I will just hit it a few times with a hammer reducing it to a pile. The wood get's taken to the dump or wood recycler the 3 lights inside most likely go to scrap and maybe the screen can be reused extra $10.00 if you want me to put a tarp down first.)
Smaller tvs like video monitoring closed circuit,computer monitors kids gaming tvs etc (the kind that can be picked up and carried with one hand)
If you have multiple sets of these I will do a simple "group" rate for every 5 sets
Cash is preferred
Checks there is an additional $6.00 fee for every $25.00
for "check cashing fee's" (if its after 3pm you may receive a call from a check cashing to verify the check)
No credit/debit cards at this time
