My dog was stolen at 1am April 17th from Salem Living Home off of Lake street, while she was going out to use the restroom. she is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She is all white with brown spots, she is very groomed so all of her fur is trimmed. Her name is Scarlet, she also is 70 years old in dog years.
