The videos are walking virtual tours, shot smoothly with steadicam and overdubbed with music. They have a runtime of 2-3 min, depending on the features and/or size of a space.
I do ask for 2 weeks advance notice for bookings. Cash or check only. My rates are as follows:
Photographs--
$150 for 25 images
+ $5 per additional image
Video--
$225 a la carte
