We are a small company and want to start another crew. We will pay $11 hourly or settle on a daily rate so you can get done and still get paid for the day.
We have a bunch of bank owned and regular customers properties need mowed daily. You must know how to mow , weed whack , and edge . I will teach you our standards but I need someone who knows what they are doing. We will supply you with truck , lawn mower ,blower, and weed whacker / edger .
Bank owned properties you will need to take a bunch of pictures and lawn must be cut to 2 inches. Everything must be done correctly or job will not be paid. If you have experience with bank properties that is great. You will probably start with only 5 a day just to see how you do and then we will keep adding more. 5 properties should be done in a few hours.
Requirements :
Smart phone ( to take pictures of properties)
Valid Driver Licence ( We will check)
Clean Record Some of the bank owned properties requires this
Must be available mon - fri and Saturdays as needed .
