I try to keep my hair highlighted, I am short on funds and would like to try to find someone who might be willing to do a crown foil for a better price than the college which I can't even budget for a highlight at the moment! I want to look good for New Years and a special someone that I would like to look nice for. Can anyone help?! Thanks. j
I had it done in Sept. It is only not even to shoulders in front and angled much shorter in back-stacked a bit shorter than usual. My hair is really fine also. I don't think it would take very long.
