Looking for a pianist that can help me improve at music reading for the piano. I can read at an intermediate level.
I would like to study various piano technique books and work on songs. I would like to have someone help me improve my reading ability. I've included some sheet music that I would like to work on. Can you read and play it? These are samples of the types of songs that I need help with.
Ideally, you have studied piano for several years and you are close to sight reading. At least be a better reader than me. Also, I'm looking for someone that is a good teacher. Someone that can explain music notation and theory.
I don't care if you are classically trained or studied in contemporary piano. I am interested in studying contemporary piano technique. It doesn't matter to me whether you are familiar with contemporary styles, just help be read those @!#&%* notes!
I would like to work for two hours at a time.
Most of my books are about Jazz piano and popular music.
