I'm a general contractor seeking bids for a small soakage trench to be installed to capture two downspouts and a trench drain coming from a new detached garage. The soakage trench will need to be 10' from back of workshop minimum, and 5' minimum from property line. I would prefer to use an Infiltrator (manufactured plastic chamber that Lake Oswego allows) because you can simply dig your hole, set the device, and then attach your ABS which obviously decreases costs for both of us.

I would like to have this performed by the end of the week if possible. Dirt can be hauled and stocked onsite. Rain drain inspection will need to be coordinated by you. This is a standard subcontract, so must be licensed. And you must specifically have a Plumber's Business License (in Lake Oswego I believe).

Hole size is about 4' long, 2-3' wide, and 2-3' deep, plus the trench with proper slope.

I will provide the Infiltrator device - you provide labor and ABS to tie one downspout through the trench drain, to the next downspout, and then down a trench to the Infiltrator. If you have any questions before sending a solid bid, let me know so I can email plans and plumbing inspector's phone number.

I'll be honest - this is a low budget garage so please bid competitively. Or, if you want to make a quick $150, I can have the concrete sub do the excavation and you can just set the the ABS and Infiltrator. Realistically I just need someone with the Plumber's Business License to make it work prior to inspection.
