Single mother in Wayne seeks a full-time family assistant to care for 4 school aged kids, 17, 15, 13, and 9 years old who are polite, fun, active and a delight! This job would be a teamwork approach with an at home mom. This job is long term with at least a year commitment (though they d love multiple years) and starts as soon as they find the right candidate.
Summer Schedule:
- Travel to Long Beach Island house
- Up to 4 weeks total (though not all at one time)
- Private room
Duties:
- Engaging the children in age appropriate activities
- Driving the children (minivan available for job duties)
- Tidy children and common areas
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Children s laundry
- Grocery shop
- Run errands
Who You Are:
- Can assist the mother in all aspects of their busy lives
- Easily multi-task and juggle the lives of 4 children
- Team player
- Self-sufficient and independent
- Great communication skills
- Must love pets!
Compensation:
- $750-$840 per week salary, (depending on background and experience)
- Major holidays paid
- 2 weeks paid vacation coordinated with family's vacation plans
- 2 paid sick/personal days
Requirements:
- Able to commit at least one year to the job
- Have verifiable childcare experience with checkable references
- Able to provide proof of legal work status in the US
- Willing to get First Aid and CPR trained within 6 weeks of employment, if not already.
