Hello! We are a Family of 5 looking for a 3 or more bedroom house to rent/rent to own in the firelands school district. My husband and I both work full time and have steady employment history. He's been at his job for 14 years and I've been at mine for 3. We have 3 boys - ages 14, 12, 11. It's ok if the home needs work - husband has 20 years experience in construction. We can pay up to $1400/month. We would love to sign a long term lease or get into a land contract with someone. Thank!
